Why did I join SLG?
This is a question that I can answer with so much ease! I became a Gamma for many reasons. First and foremost, I, for the first time in my life, actually became a part of something. I say this because I never had the chance to participate in extracurricular activities throughout my school years. Becoming part of SLG helped fulfill that part of my life that I never did before.
I also joined SLG because I like networking & meeting a great deal of people – which by the way is not at all hard for me as I consider myself to be a people person. Truthfully, the colors also attracted my attention to this particular sorority being that purple is my favorite color.
Most importantly, I liked what this particular sorority stands for, and because I get to have great new experiences with wonderful people. |
